choose or die is a British horror-thriller film formerly titled CURS>R. The film generated a lot of buzz when it was originally announced that it would star Sex education star, Asa Butterfield. Netflix bought the film’s global distribution rights in July 2021 for a seven-digit figure. According to Deadline, Anton’s president of international production and distribution, Cécile Gaget, negotiated the Netflix deal on behalf of Anton, Stigma Films and the filmmakers.

The highly anticipated film will be available to stream on Netflix. Here’s everything you need to know about it.

What is the plot of choose or die?

The story follows a broke young college student who plays a dark and lost 80s survival horror game in hopes of winning an unclaimed prize of $125,000. The Coder unleashes a hidden curse that tears reality apart, forcing her to make terrifying decisions and face deadly consequences. She quickly realizes that she no longer plays for the money but for her own life. The suspenseful film promises to be a surreal world of next-level terror.

Who is integrated choose or die?

In addition to Butterfield, who will play the role of Isaac, the film will have Iola Evans as Kayla in the lead. Joining them is Eddie Marsan (Happy-Go-Lucky) as Hal, Kate Fleetwood (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1) as Laura, Ryan Gage (The Hobbit) as Lance, Angela Griffin (Waterloo Road) as Thea, and Joe Bolland (alley of the martyrs) like Beck. Robert Englund, best known for playing Freddy Krueger in the Nightmare on Elm Street film franchise will appear in the film as himself.

This film is Toby Meakins’ first film with a screenplay by Simon Allen. It was produced by Sébastien Raybaud and John Zois for Anton, and Matthew James Wilkinson for Stigma Films. Executive producers are Simon Allen, Nick Angel and Liza Glucoft.

When choose or die To be freed?

The film was shot in London and wrapped in April 2021. You will be able to stream the film on Netflix this April 15.
