Sarah Snook replaces Elisabeth Moss in upcoming horror movie “Run Rabbit Run”

Emmy nominee Sarah Snook returns to her genre roots.

Snook – with roles in thrillers such as Those Final Hours (2013) and Predestination (2014) – will replace Elisabeth Moss (The Invisible Man) in the paranormal horror movie To run Rabbit To run, according to a report on Deadline. Moss should have quit the lead role due to scheduling conflicts.

Snook is perhaps best known for her remarkable role in the HBO hit. Succession. The additional casting for the film – which is slated to begin pre-production this month ahead of filming in Victoria and South Australia – has yet to be announced.

To run Rabbit To run–Directed by Daina Reid (The Servant Tale) from a screenplay by Hannah Kent – follows Sarah, described as a “fertility doctor with a solid understanding of the cycle of life – in which a person is born, lives and dies”.

But things take an odd turn when Sarah’s young daughter, Mia, begins to display “increasingly strange and erratic behavior, (and) she is forced to question her own beliefs and confront a ghost of his past”.

The film is produced by Anna McLeish and Sarah Shaw, with Deanne Weir and Olivia Humphrey on board as executive producers.
